Because the products are ordered from overseas, it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks from the time of order to ship.

Return Policy
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us via email. You are responsible for return shipping costs (actual costs to Japan) and exchange fee (1500 JPY/item). We will contact you separately for other details such as return address.
