Q. How long does it take to receive my order?

It takes about 1~3 weeks from the time of payment to the time of shipment.
All items are ordered from overseas and inspected, packed, and shipped by our local partner companies.
Please allow plenty of time for your shopping experience.

Please allow at least 4 weeks for delivery, depending on the condition of the item.
Please be sure to check the estimated delivery time before making your purchase.
*The calculation of the number of days is based on business days. Please note that we do not do pickup or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

As soon as we receive an order, we prepare to order the product from overseas.
We are very careful, but because we are dealing with a highly fluid product, we may cancel your order due to stock-outs.
Please understand this in advance.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

We are sorry, but cancellation is not possible after payment has been made.

Q. Can I change the size or color after ordering?

A. Yes, you can change the size and color of your order before it is ready to be shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes.
Once the order is ready to be shipped, it cannot be changed.

Q. Can I return or exchange my order?

If the product is defective, or if you receive an item that is clearly different from what you ordered, we will return it for a refund.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.

Please note that refunds or exchanges are not available in the following cases
Returns due to the customer's own reasons (e.g., the product is different from the image)
・When more than 6 days have passed since the product arrived
・Products that have been used, altered, washed, or cleaned
・Products that have smells, stains, or scratches caused by the customer
